The position

As a Sales Representative, you will drive the company’s profitable growth in Thessaly and surroundings by maintaining and increasing the number of delighted customers in the therapeutic metabolic diseases.

Among your responsibilities:

-Foster robust relationships with customers, ensure optimal product utilization while achieving maximum market penetration.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to identify potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.
-Visit healthcare professionals for promoting effective solutions for their patients.
-Monitor and analyse performance metrics, market trends, competitor activities for identifying business opportunities.
-Identify, research, contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate growth in business in the long run.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you are graduated to bachelor’s degree level, preferably in Health Sciences (biology, pharmaceutical, chemistry, life science…). The ideal candidate must live in Thessaly (Trikala, Karditsa or Larissa).

On top of what we would expect:

-Solid experience of 5 years in a sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Knowledge of Diabetes with a strong network among GPs, endocrinologists and diabetologists in the Thessaly region.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package (excel, outlook, PowerPoint).

You are a native Greek speaker with intermediate level of English, excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build long-lasting and solid relationships with healthcare professionals. As a person, you are energetic, dynamic, and exhibit a positive attitude. These qualities are essential for fostering trust and collaboration in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring sustained success and growth.

The Diabetes Sales Department at Novo Nordisk is dedicated to promoting and selling our innovative products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions.
