You help our clients in the support and execution of their HR and/or recruitment operations, while providing them with our consulting expertise:Oversee the entire recruitment process, including talent hunting, sourcing, initial candidate screening, interviews and extending job offersBuild talent pool with active candidates on social media and job boardsConduct phone screenings to assess candidates qualification and skillsParticipate to job fairs to liaise with potential candidatesRedesign recruitment/HR workflows and identify areas for enhancementDevelop and implement onboarding programs for clientsConduct process mapping and continuous improvement activitiesAnalyze market trends and innovative working methods, providing strategic adviceBuild and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities and improve HR processesCollect, transform, and analyze HR data to facilitate effective decision-makingProvide actionable insights to align with business objectivesParticipate in HR improvement initiatives and projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee developmentSupport the creation and implementation of HR deliverables, including SOPs and operational guidelinesAbout youA final year Master student in Human Resources or in a Business study fieldPassionate about HR, project management and consultingMotivated to discover the inner workings of a global organizationEnjoy working within a teamFluent in English and Dutch/FrenchProactive, showing initiative and strong organizational skillsUphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conductAvailable for a minimum of three monthsThis internship is a mandatory part of your school curriculumWhat do we offer
