Location: Hove, UK.Client: Legal & General2 days/week in the office mandatoryPosition Summary:Experienced SM that has previous experience bringing in new technology and working with third party development teams. Someone that could land quickly and help shape agile ways of working on a new project that is being kicked off.

  • Good effective communication and ability to clearly articulate any real-life experiences/instances on various areas listed below:
  • Customer alignment to agile ways of working and stakeholder engagement.
  • Scrum team engagement
  • Conflict resolution
  • Slippage reporting and alerting
  • Distributed teams’ management
  • Third party engagement
  • SaFE levels

Job DescriptionEng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience.· Experience in work related to IT software development.· Proven experience in the SAFe Agile space as a Coach, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master· Leading Agile transformation within an organization· Mentoring teams through their Agile adoption· Teaching and coaching teams about Agile engineering best practices· Experience with using Agile and Lean practices· Providing thought leadership at the firm and project level· Developing and delivering workshops· Participating in training efforts· Evaluating and recommending appropriate tools· Project-based experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies· Leadership in the Agile community· Certified with one of following: Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and/or· Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification· Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and empowerment· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills· High-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to function under pressure· Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs· Strong in British English (reading, writing)

Expected salary

£65000 – 75000 per year
