Senior Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Focus

Location: Luxury 5-star property, Ireland

We are looking for a passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at one of Ireland’s most prestigious five-star destinations. This is a rare chance to be part of a kitchen that combines classical fine dining with a modern approach, supported by its own kitchen garden and local suppliers. The property has strong ambitions towards Michelin recognition and is investing in its food offering to get there.

What’s on offer

* Salary: A‚¬38,000-A‚¬40,000 depending on experience (higher for the right candidate)
* Live-in option available: private room in a shared house on site
* Work in a kitchen with a clear vision for Michelin-level dining
* Collaborate closely with an experienced Executive Chef
* Be part of a property with three outlets: weddings & events, casual dining, and fine dining

About the role

* Support the fine dining restaurant, seating up to 100 guests
* Work with fresh produce from the on-site kitchen garden
* Engage with a menu shaped by sustainability and seasonal Irish ingredients
* Be involved in breakfast, casual dining, and fine dining services
* Help guide and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to the property’s growth and journey towards Michelin standards

What we’re looking for

* Strong fine dining background, ideally in a Michelin-level or aspiring environment
* EU or UK passport holder (no sponsorship available)
* Passion for local produce, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences
* A team player ready to strengthen an already established brigade
