Our client has a superb reputation and is recognised for its strategic advice and we are seeking an Employment Solicitor for contentious and non-contentious matters and to play a key role in providing support and guidance to the firms medium and large corporate clients.This position comes with support enabling you to spend time on client and fee earning work, across broad and varied complex employment cases to include:
- TUPE, Restructure, Redundancy.
- Disciplinaries
- Settlement Agreements
- Contracts of Employment
- Staff handbooks and Policy documents
Managing your own caseload, you will investigate legal solutions for your clients and be able to demonstrate good drafting skills together with dispute resolution and being a strong negotiator around settlement agreements. You will also be involved in mentoring junior fee earners as well as being visible to your clients and developing strong and retainable clients’ relationships.
