The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.Within the Group, you will join the European Markets & Global Health Team, and more specifically, you will be part of the Finance and Strategy Team.Strategy Manager for EM&H will work on a range of high-level and strategically important engagements that support delivery of the company’s strategic ambitions. The role involves driving strategy definition and execution, evaluating strategy delivery and business performance, as well as analyzing and delivering market and competitors insights to ensure company’s long-term success.Your job and daily mission:
- Strategy mapping & monitoring – drive the monitoring of overarching EM&H strategy, plans and targets. Analysing and mapping of strategic initiatives and their development against the targets. Contribute to regular presentations to the AXA EM Management Committee and other senior stakeholders (EM&H central team, entities’ strategy teams, Group strategy team)
- High Profile Strategy Project Management – support the delivery of high profile, strategically important projects critical to the success and growth of AXA. It includes developing project plans and materials, managing timelines and a wide range of stakeholders (including management consultants) while being accountable for the delivery of results and managing confidentiality
- Market Intelligence Analysis – undertake market intelligence analysis and ensure that the EM&H team is kept up to date on market and competitor dynamics. Prepare output material as required (i.e., memo) and ensure these are accurate and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Relationship Management – build and maintain strong, trusted and effective relationships with key stakeholders in the EM&H team, the entities, and the Group to ensure close integration with all aspects of strategy development and execution across the business. Proactively manage all key relationships, ensuring open communication and sharing.

- Educated to university degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a Strategy consultancy or in-house Strategy role
- Proven analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to apply commercial thinking with long-term impacts
- Proven ability to deliver results whilst dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders within a large global business with matrix management structure
- Superior project management skills
- Excellent communicator (written and oral) with ability to prepare compelling presentation material
