Valuing our people is what makes us one global team, with our colleagues’ safety at the heart of our organization.As a Technical Project Manager in the generator department, you will be working with defining the scope of work for projects and be the overall technical coordinator for the project.How to contribute to our visionThe Offshore generator Department is at the forefront of the latest Direct Drive generator technology, where we utilize our own developed outer rotor, permanent magnet generator. The Main design team is based in Brande and is staffed with highly skilled engineers working with state-of-the-art design tools. Furthermore, we have a design team based in Bangalore, India.More specifically as a Technical Project Manager –You will be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the project.You will also actively take part in the test phase of projects to ensure coordination among the departments to ensure projects are handed over to relevant stakeholders on time.Develops technological concepts as input for system and solution development.Monitors system performance in the prototyping, test and verification phase.Supports the commissioning phase with the customers, and analyzes potential malfunctions.Identifies and defines technical requirements for realizing alternative applications.Evaluates different build in concepts, with respect to technological and commercial aspects.Ensures observance of specifications.Creates respective reports.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. In Mechanical Engineering and has 5 years of relevant experience within the industry as a Technical Project Manager position or something similar.You have good technical understanding and you have experience with stakeholder management and excellent coordination skills.
