We are looking for bright and motivated profiles with the following characteristics:

• Degree in Engineering & other similar studies
• Previous work experience (maximum overall seniority 2 years, internships included)
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good command of English
• Willingness to job rotation and geographic mobility across different plants in Italy
• Strong team working skills, proactivity, problem solving, intrapersonal attitudes, critical-analytical thinking

Selected candidates will be invited to the Recruitment Factory Day events at the Castiglione delle Stiviere (12 june 2025) or Foggia (26 june 2025) plants: the Recruitment Factory Day will be an in-person event during which you will face assessment activities based on real challenges in a game-based logic, to concretely experience new way of working and explore our plants.
