FunctieomschrijvingFor a client active in the biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their logistics team in Leuven. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international environment focused on innovation in life sciences.Key Responsibilities:
– Receive, inspect, and accurately register incoming goods in the ERP system
– Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure proper labeling and storage
– Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
– Rotate stock to ensure that the oldest materials are used first
– Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
– Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing to resolve several issues

TDelenProfiel– A secondary school certificate and/or proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
– A forklift certificate or experience driving a forklift is very interesting, but not yet a must
– Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is a plus
– Good command of English
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
