Working Student – Excel Tools Development

What you do

Job Description:

• Working for the Underwriting Team responsible for Appliance Protection / Digital Risks / Easy Living
• Project work with extensive interaction from team manager.
• To build / adapt existing excel files for carrying out quotations and managing reporting and interfaces for management.
• Work including both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
• Must be able to work on data queries to various sources, including: SalesForce Data Tables; Excel Files; Databases which are adaptable to inputs.
• This is not a purely functional IT role, and will be working with the team to realize requirements / results.

What you bring :

Key Requirements:

• High level of Excel and VBA expertise
• Solid knowledge of cross platform data queries
• Ability to deliver clean and documented outputs
• Inquisitive mindset interested in problem solving and analysis
• Educational Background: Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Language: English is mandatory / French is a plus / any other language is welcome
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from financial data.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
