• Manage incidents and technical support with the Service Desk and various internal clients.

• Understand the main IT support tools, infrastructure solutions (both On-Prem and Cloud), as well as the network infrastructure of the various offices in Spain and Portugal.

• Learn about the Infrastructure, Network, and Artificial Intelligence systems we use at Schneider Electric.

• Collaborate in the adoption of new solutions and technologies, with the goal of digital transformation.

• Assist in managing demands and support in the areas of Infrastructure, Network, and Artificial Intelligence.

• Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of action plans to improve the use of digital tools by users.

• Contribute to the creation of action plans to promote Green IT and improve the sustainability of existing infrastructure.

• Be part of the Talent Discovery for Iberian IT Hub program, with the possibility of permanent incorporation in the IT Digital area.

🔍 Are you who we are looking for?

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar with a passion for technology.

• Technical knowledge in infrastructure, networks, or Artificial Intelligence is valued.

• Interest or knowledge in business and management areas is valued.

• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Office365 package.

• Analytical skills.

• Proactive and with a growth mindset

• Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team

• To be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday).

• To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.
